How it works
Sui on-chain randomness
The result comes from Sui's random beacon (sui::random), produced jointly by the validators for each transaction. Nobody, including us, can see or steer it in advance.
One transaction
Your bet, the random draw and the payout all happen in a single transaction. Nothing is left pending and there is no second step to wait for.
Cannot be composed
The flip is a private entry function, so no other contract can call it, look at the result and undo a losing bet.
2% house edge
A win pays 1.96x your stake, straight to your wallet in the same transaction. A loss pays nothing.
Max bet 5% of the treasury
The cap is 5% of the treasury's USD value at the latest Pyth SUI/USD price, and never more than the treasury can pay out in that coin.
